The Shook PC Shipping Promise

Every Shook PC is a custom-built machine subjected to rigorous quality formatting and stress testing before it leaves our facility.

  • Standard orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days.

  • If an order is flagged for additional quality or security reviews, we will notify you via email within two (2) business days.

Where & How We Ship

To ensure safe transit and secure delivery of high-value hardware, we partner exclusively with premium couriers.

  • Our Territory: Shook PC ships only to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

  • Our Carriers: All PC orders are shipped via parcel service through UPS or FedEx.

Shipping Restrictions & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and comply with fraud-prevention protocols, we enforce the following restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (except for official military APO/FPO addresses).

  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, third-party courier services, or hub drop-offs.

  • We do not offer local will-call or warehouse pickup options.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Packages

Signature Requirement

Because a custom PC is a major investment, all Shook PC shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Important: If your package is returned to our facility because no one was available to sign for it after multiple courier attempts, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package a second time. Shook PC is authorized to charge your payment method for these secondary shipping fees.

Courier Tracing

If a package is deemed "lost" or "stolen" in transit, the courier (UPS or FedEx) must officially trace and investigate the shipment.

  • Shook PC will not dispatch a replacement system or issue a refund until we receive official verification and reimbursement clearance from the courier.

  • This prevents duplicate shipments and protects your order's chain of custody.

Cancellations & Returns in Transit

Once an order has transitioned to the "Shipped" status and a tracking label has been generated, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the system, the package must reach its final destination first. You can then initiate a standard return. Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Up to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply to the refund. See our return policy for more details.

Holiday Schedule

Shook PC observes standard U.S. holidays. Orders will not be built, processed, or shipped on the following non-business days:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)

  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

  • Juneteenth (June 19)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Veterans Day (November 11)

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

  • Black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving)

  • Christmas Eve (December 24)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

  • New Year’s Eve (December 31)
