Refund policy
Shook PC has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Note: if you are looking for support with your new PC, every customer gets 90 days of free support and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return for a refund.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, undamaged condition to be considered for a refund. Original packaging must be used to return the PC. If original packaging is damaged, use comparable packing material to ship the PC. Do not ship a PC without an RMA from Shook PC.
- Restocking Fees: Unopened/ new PCs returned in a resalable condition are subject to a 10% fee and return shipping costs. If the PC was opened, the fee increases to 15%, plus the cost of return shipping. Any fees and shipping will be withheld from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: During the initial 30 days post purchase period, if the PC is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, the PC can be repaired under the 1-year warranty and returned to you or you will receive a full refund.
- Custom Builds: Build and shipping fees for custom orders are only refundable within five business days post purchase.
- RMA Requirement: You must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Shook PC customer support before shipping any PC back.
Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@shookpc.com. Use the following email subject: RMA Request. Include your name, address, wether the PC packaging has been opened or not, if you still have the original packing material, wether or not the PC works, and why you are returning the PC.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
