1. Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Shook PC is built to conquer. We stand firmly behind our craft, which is why every system includes our Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty automatically at no extra cost.
Coverage Duration: One (1) year starting from the original date of purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any internal hardware component (including the GPU, CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Storage, PSU, and Cooling systems) that fails due to a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship.
Labor Included: All system diagnostics, technician repair labor, and post-repair stress testing are 100% free of charge for covered defects during this period.
What's Not Covered: This standard warranty does not cover accidental physical damage (spills, drops), environmental damage, issues caused by improper user modification or extreme overclocking, software/operating system corruption, or any third-party hardware components added to the system after it leaves our facility.
2. The 3-Year Refundable Protection Plan ($199)
Want ultimate peace of mind without throwing away your hard-earned money? Shook PC offers an optional 3-Year Refundable Protection Plan for a flat rate of $199. This plan intelligently protects your investment long-term while ensuring you never pay for a warranty you don't use.
Extended Protection: It extends your comprehensive parts-and-labor hardware coverage from 1 year to three (3) full years from your original purchase date.
The No-Risk Promise: If your Shook PC runs flawlessly and you never file a hardware warranty claim during those 3 years, your $199 doesn't vanish. Once the 3-year term expires, your full $199 is returned to you as $199 in Shook PC Store Credit to use toward your next upgraded PC setup.
Purchase Timeline: This optional plan must be added to your cart at the time of your initial PC configuration and checkout. It cannot be purchased retroactively after your PC has shipped.
Claim Definition: A "claim" is defined as any physical hardware repair or component replacement successfully processed under the warranty. Standard software troubleshooting, driver updates, or general customer support inquiries with our team do not disqualify you from receiving your store credit.
Credit Redemption: Once issued at the conclusion of your 3-year term, your $199 store credit is valid for twenty-four (24) months and can be applied to any brand-new Shook PC desktop system. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Shipping for Warranty Repairs
To ensure your system is handled safely, all warranty returns must follow our shipping protocols:
Prepaid Labels for Hardware Issues: If our support team determines your system requires physical diagnostics due to a suspected manufacturer defect, Shook PC will issue a prepaid shipping label. We will also cover the return ground shipping to get the repaired or replaced PC back to you.
Customer Responsibility for Software/User Issues: If our technicians inspect the system and find the issue was caused by software corruption, user modification, malware, or accidental physical damage (rather than a manufacturer hardware defect), the customer will be billed for all shipping costs (both ways) plus a standard diagnostic fee.
Packaging Requirement: The customer is responsible for safely packaging the PC for transit. We highly recommend keeping your original Shook PC shipping box and protective foam inserts. Shook PC is not liable for physical damage incurred during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
4. How to File a Claim
If you are experiencing hardware issues, do not ship your PC to us without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

- Provide your original order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Work with our technicians through basic remote diagnostics to confirm a mail-in repair is necessary.
